Hanna-Barbera's crappiest superhero has become Hanna-Barbera's crappiest lawyer in Cartoon Networks adult swim hit, Harvey Birdman Attorney At Law. With the help of Avenger, his paralEAGLE, he defends an animated favorite in each episode. Many of the old gang are back - such as assassin-for-hire X the Eliminator, the evil Vulturo, and a reenlarged Dr. Reducto - proof that we all grow up and have to get real jobs.

Gratefully, he no longer screams, "BIRDMAAAAAN!" before undertaking an assignment from Phil (formerly Falcon 7) - his mysterious and insane one-eyed boss, who is wildly cool in this incarnation of the series. It's also lucky for us that his legal expertise (or lack thereof) - unlike his super powers - is not derived from the sun, or we'd see Quick Draw McGraw and Babalouie in the electric chair. Although the casting is limited to Hanna-Barbera's stable of characters, I'm optimistic we'll get to see him defending Speed Racer in a fan fic story one day.
