Destructicus Con Carne, future son of Hector and Major Doctor Ghastly, comes back from the future to say hi and incidentally mentions to his parents that in the future he happens to be a protector of truth and justice.

Major Doctor Ghastly completes her masterwork -- the Cerebro-Transmuter 2000, a machine that will transfer Hector's brain into a human body. A. Go, SPORK!
Story by Gord Zajac / Storyboard by Trevor Wall
SPORK (Secret Paramilitary Organized Response Kommandos) members are called upon to stop Major Doctor Ghastly's latest world domination device, a telemarketing machine that hypnotizes whoever answers the phone to be Evil's servant. I'm sure there were some telemarketers out there taking notes while the show was on!
In tonight's episode we are introduced to other SPORK members besides Cod Commando:
Kablamity Jane - a 70's black woman with an Afro big enough to hide 2 machines guns in,
Private Simmons, a monkey and Ensign Slaughter, a complete nerd
B. Boskov's Day Out
Story by Gord Zajac / Storyboard by Alex Almaguer
Skarr contacts Boskov's previous owner, Vladamirakov Vladoshvowskavitz (okay, I have NO idea how to spell that!!) at a circus in Moscow, to come recapture Boskov so that Evil will be without his body and Skarr can take command.

Hector and Cod are washed up together on a deserted island and must learn to get along in order to survive.
Program #4
Original broadcast date: October 1, 2004
A. No No Nanook
Written and storyboarded by Mike Diederich
Well, here it is a year and 2 months since the last original Evil Con Carne was broadcast!
Hector brings together all the cold-weather arctic misfits he can find and explains to them how he plans to drill into the center of the earth and detonate his Antigravitational Nuclear Fragmentation Device. This he expects to fracture the earth's magnetic field, thus creating North, South, East, West, Northeast, Southest, Northwest and Southwest Poles for the misfits to spread out to, while he, Hector, takes over the world (because it's his equipment, after all). The plan backfires when gravity completely disappears and everyone floats into outer space, where Hector is rescued by a flying saucer piloted by a group of bears with visible brains and see-through tummies who take him under their wing.
B. Teenage Idol
Story by Maxwell Atoms / Storyboard by Maxwell Atoms and Octavio Rodriguez
Major Doctor Ghastly and Hector journey to the jungle to bring a stone idol to life. They expect that the idol will obey their every command and help them dominate the earth. The idol, however, while being thousands of years old, is really only 15 in idol years and it has absolutely no interest in world domination. What it wants is a hot car, killer computer games with internet access and a date with Major Doctor. Meanwhile, General Skarr, separated from Major Doctor and Hector on arrival, is having some jungle adventures of his own involving vicious wild dogs, angry giant apes and snakes.
Program #5
Original broadcast date: October 8, 2004
A. The Mother of All Evils
Written by Maxwell Atoms and Alex Almaguer / Storyboard by Alex Almaguer
Hector's blind mother surprises Hector with an unannounced visit to Bunny Island. Having told her all these years he was an oral surgeon, Hector must now scramble around trying to hide the truth from her...including the fact that he is now a brain and a stomach attached to a bear.
B. The HCCBDD
Story by Maxwell Atoms and Brett Varon / Storyboard by Brett Varon
Hector's next-island neighbor, Estroy, finds out that Major Doctor Ghastly has invented a world domination device called the HCCBCC. Even though he doesn't have a clue what it is, he sets out to steal it -- but first he has to get past Major Doctor, who has been left to her own devices while Hector is out getting ice cream. If Estroy had known the initials stood for Hector Con Carne BirthDay Device, he would have just stayed home.
Program #6
Original broadcast date: October 15, 2004
A. Gridlocked and Loaded
Written and Storyboarded by C.H. Greenblatt
Hector, Skarr and Major Doctor squabble like children when they are stuck in a traffic jam on the way to steal a gold shipment from a ship in the harbor.
Notice the Grim Bobblehead doll they have on the dashboard!
B. Fool's Paradise
Story by C.H. Greenblatt / Storyboard by Mary Hanley and Maxwell Atoms
Hector takes Skarr and Major Doctor Ghastly to an island paradise for some well-deserved R&R, only to find Estroy already on location, hoping to steal Major Doctor away from Con Carne.
Funny "outtake" runs during the credits....referring back to "Gridlocked and Loaded," Billy is in the car stuck in traffic next to Skarr. Billy makes faces and moons Skarr until Skarr finally sends a missile right into Billy's car. Oops!
Program #7
Original broadcast date: October 22, 2004
A. Jealousy, Jealous Do
Written by C.H. Greenblatt and Maxwell Atoms / Storyboard by Mike Bell and Maxwell Atoms
The sudden appearance of Heidi, a beautiful blonde claiming to be Hector's secretary (but who is actually a spy from BJORK, the Swedish sister organization to SPORK), throws everyone into a jealous tizzy. Hector is jealous because Heidi likes Boskov better, Major Doctor Ghastly is jealous because Hector likes Heidi better, and even Cod Commando is jealous because it looks like Heidi is going to get the secret plans before he can.
B. Hector, King of the Britons
Story by Maxwell Atoms, Vincent Waller, Grey DeLisle, Phil LaMarr, Arvin Shimmerman,
Rosalind Ayres and Greg Ellis. Storyboard by Vincent Waller
Hector hears the legend of King Arthur and decides to claim Excalibur for himself; Skarr gets sentenced to the gallows while trying to conquer England for Hector. Meanwhile, Major Doctor Ghastly tells a couple of really boring stories about her last birthday.
Bonus Episode
Original broadcast date: October 22, 2004
Ultimate Evil
Written by Maxwell Atoms and Alex Almaguer / Storyboard by Alex Almaguer
Hector reprograms Boskov to become a ruthless, savage, back-stabbing monster and then lures SPORK and Cod Commando to Bunny Island, feeling confident that he can destroy them now that Boskov is a lean, mean, fighting machine. And it would have worked, too, except that Boskov decides to he likes Cod Commando better than he likes Hector or Skarr.
The reprogramming scene is a take-off of the famous scene in the movie "A Clockwork Orange," where the government reprograms the protagonist from being evil to being good by showing him many scenes of horror and destruction while at the same time giving him drugs to nauseate him, until the sight of evil makes him sick even without the drugs. And what does Skarr use to reprogram Boskov from goodness to evil? Why, unending scenes of the Powerpuff Girls!
