The girls receive some extremely inventive presents from their enemies on the occasion of their very first real birthday party. Cute quote: Oh, simple-minded mortals! You must plan for the future. What is candy today becomes cavities tomorrow. ERROR! When the girls look at the birthday card from the Amoeba Boys, they read aloud, "From your bestest pals, the Amoeba Boys." But the card actually says, "Your friends, the Amoeba Boys"!! There have been other mistakes like this, but they normally go by too fast to really register. This is a very obvious goofup because the card remains on the screen while the girls are reading it. |

It appears that the Powerpuff Girls have been doing so much for Townsville that no one there can remember how to do anything for him- or herself anymore. After the Professor calls for the girls to hand him the TV remote -- which is at the other end of the couch from where he's sitting -- the girls decide they are being taken advantage of, and go on strike. Cute quote: Let's just see how Townsville likes it when we're not here to pick up after them! |
