When Mojo Jojo discovers that the Powerpuff Girls are terrified by cooties, he befriends a boy in Pokey Oaks kindergarten class who is reputed to have them. Mojo starts bringing the boy along with him on robbing expeditions to keep the girls away, and eventually the sisters refuse to even go out to fight crime, cowering at home trying to figure out what the heck cooties are, anyway.
