The Powerpuff Girls are helpless to stop Mojo Jojo when a group of misguided animal rightists allows Mojo to hide behind a Townsville cruelty-to-animals ordinance while he builds his Ultimate Townsville Destruction Device right under everyone's nose.

Cute quote: This ordinary hardware supply store has the perfect selection from which to select supplies to begin the construction of my Ultimate Townsville Destruction Device, the only purpose of which is to destroy Townsville.


Episode 58B -- SUBSTITUTE CREATURE

Villain: none, really

The Powerpuff Girls suspect something is amiss when Ms. Keane is replaced by a substitute teacher sporting horns, an eye patch, green skin, a scar, and a flowing cape with flames trailing him everywhere he goes.
The story is interspersed with stylized drawings of comic book pages as the girls' imaginations run wild, envisioning all the terrible things Mr. Green could be up to.

Bubbles: We're sorry, Mr. Green.
Buttercup: I guess we shouldn't judge someone by what they look like.
Bubbles: Even if they're as ugly as you.
