Pilot 2 -- CRIME 101 Created, Written and Directed by Craig McCracken Villains: The Amoeba Boys -- Bossman, Skinny, and Tiny This second pilot originally aired on January 28, 1996. As with the first pilot, it had Kath Soucie as the voice of Bubbles and Ernie Anderson as the Narrator. The Amoeba Boys desperately want to be arrested, but have no clue how to go about committing a crime. To be helpful, the Powerpuff Girls teach them how by robbing a bank. The girls are arrested and are just about to be sentenced to a million years in jail when the Amoeba Boys come wandering into the court, carrying the money from the robbery. The Powerpuff Girls are set free, the Amoeba Boys are delighted at being arrested, and the day is saved thanks to the Powerpuff Girls.
